The Winter Lacrosse Training will give you the tools needed to prepare yourself for the up coming season. Training will consist of Stick Skills, Offensive/Defensive, Strategies/Positioning, small sided controlled situations. This is only for field players due to the high repetition of the drills being used. No GOALIES
Sessions are available only to OS members at this time

Get a “Jump Start” on this season’s competition, sign up and get ready to work....these are "workouts" designed to get players plenty of touches in a short period of time. Full effort is required. Our instruction sets us apart from other organizations and sets up our instruction for the summer as well.
